Dining on the Alisa is a highlight of the cruise, featuring a gourmet approach to traditional Croatian cuisine. Guests enjoy a daily four-course lunch, meticulously prepared by the onboard chef using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu emphasizes regional flavors, with a focus on fresh seafood and seasonal produce. Meals are served in an elegant outdoor setting, allowing guests to dine while enjoying the stunning backdrop of the Adriatic. The culinary team is highly attentive to guest needs and can accommodate specific dietary requests, such as those related to religious beliefs or food allergies, when notified in advance.
The Alisa focuses on land-based exploration and coastal discovery rather than underwater activities. Guests are invited to participate in guided visits to historic towns and ancient sites along the Dalmatian coast, where local guides provide insights into the rich cultural heritage of the region. The pace is relaxed, allowing ample time for walking tours and independent exploration of island villages. For those who enjoy the water, the vessel provides easy access to secluded bays for swimming and snorkeling. The crew facilitates water-based activities such as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, allowing guests to explore the coastline at their own pace. These activities are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all guests, regardless of their experience level, ensuring a perfect balance between active exploration and serene relaxation.
