The Eurasian Coot is a dark waterbird with a conspicuous white bill and frontal shield. Although often watched alongside ducks, it is a different kind of wetland bird. This batch links it with three separately scoped settings: Rohrschollen near Strasbourg, Grande Noë in the Seine loop, and the Luxor–Aswan Nile corridor.
