Hammerhead Shark

The hammerhead shark's distinctive head shape, called a cephalofoil, gives this shark 360-degree vision and enhanced electroreception abilities. The great hammerhead is the largest of the nine hammerhead species and is considered one of the most impressive sharks to encounter underwater.
