Iconisch manta rog poetsstation in Zuid-Komodo. Manta's cirkelen rond poetsstations op het rifplateau terwijl duikers op respectvolle afstand toekijken. Tijdens het hoogseizoen is het gebruikelijk om 10 of meer manta's tegelijk te zien, met spanwijdtes tot wel 5 meter.
